Indonesian rice tables

Indonesian rice tables offer a variety of Indonesian dishes served in little bowls, each with its own aromas and flavours. There’s something for everyone: ideal for parties (min. of 2 p). Individual choice of starter. Prices per cover.

Rice table 1   (€ 28.50, children € 13)

Soto ayam (aromatic chicken soup with kaffir lime leaves, lemon grass and ginger)   or
Lumpia goreng (fried spring rolls with vegetables, chicken & a fresh salsa with coriander leaves)

Rendang  (beef tenderloin in a Sumatran curry with cumin, turmeric leaves, lemon grass & galangal)
Gulai ayam Banyuwangi (chicken in a yellow curry with clove and cinnamon from Banyuwangi)
Saté ayam (chicken satay with peanut sauce)
Jukut urap (Balinese stir fried vegetables with sand ginger, kaffir leaves and shrimp paste)
Acar campur (fresh pickled vegetables)
Nasi putih (white jasmine rice)

Udang asam manis (gambas with a sweet and sour sauce and basil)
Kare ikan Lombok (seabass fillet in a yellow sauce with tomato, spring onion and coriander seed)
Saté kambing (lamb satay with sweet soy sauce and red onion)

Choice menus

Choice menus are a formula for single guests and small parties (max. of 4 p). Everyone can compose their own menu with a number of the choice dishes below. All menus are served on a plate with white jasmine rice. Prices per cover.
